The investment trust has appointed Stephen King as its new finance director, effective from 9 December.
King, who replaces the outgoing Jonathan Cartwright, is also currently a non-executive director at Weir Group, where he is chairman of the audit committee. He was previously finance director at Midlands Electricity before being appointed as finance director of De La Rue.

Fostiak becomes a portfolio manager, having previously worked as a fund manager at Insight Investment’s multi-asset group and as a director at UBS Wealth Management.
Nell joins in business and manager origination, also from Insight Investment. He was also formerly a director for European offshore centres at Lloyds Banking Group.

Neuberger Berman
Gregory Francfort has rejoined the asset management firm as a managing director and director of equity research, having previously spent 13 years working at the group.

Santander
The bank’s corporate banking team has hired Jo Honess as relationship director for the South West region.
Honess has over 23 years of experience in the sector, having previously worked at RBS NatWest, primarily in relationship management of corporate and commercial clients and the funding of corporate finance transactions for expansion, acquisitions and management buy-outs.

The soft drinks group has appointed Tim Croston, aged 46, as group finance director, effective from the beginning of next year.
