NEW WEBSITE FOR FINDING HOMES TO FIX UP
Demand for older, period homes has sparked the development of a new online property search portal called Unmodernised. com. The website hopes to set buyers up with older, cheaper properties to remodel. The website also provides advice on renovation. For more, see City PM next week.
