Little Bay played host to a group of 16 colleagues from a well-known accountancy firm, who treated themselves to a long lunch in honour of one of the party’s 30th birthday celebrations.
Readers may remember the Farringdon Road venue after owner Peter Ilic ran a “pay what you think” promotion in February. No such frugality for these diners, however. Along with 10 bottles of wine, they enjoyed a number of bottles of Moet et Chandon and Mumm Cordon Rose, as they feasted on Rib Eye Steak and Breast of duck with steamed Pak Choi, Honey & Ginger Jus. Deserts of Apple Cake and Tiramisu with Espresso Coffee syrup were washed down with liqueur coffee and, well, more liqueurs.
