Third time lucky for Pyeongchang

WINTER SPORTS: Pyeongchang has been chosen to host the 2018 Winter Olympics. It was third time lucky for the South Korean candidate which lost to Vancouver and Sochi respectively for the right to host the 2010 and 2014 Winter Games.
