HAPPY HOUR AT GREEN’S RUNNER BAR
Leave work before seven this week and you’ll be in time for cut-price drinks at the Runner Bar at Green’s: 50 per cent off house cocktails, wine and beers from 5:30 to 7pm. If that’s not tempting enough, the bar is offering free live jazz this Wednesday and Friday too. Happy hour until Friday 30 Oct; free jazz on Wed and Fri. Green’s: 14 Cornhill, EC3V 3NR, tel: 020 7220 6300.

SUNSPEL CHRISTMAS POP UP
The 150-year-old British menswear company has gone modern and embraced the pop up trend with a Christmas-geared store on Davies Street that will be selling Sunspel’s trademark t-shirts, polo shirts, boxers, thermals, men’s and women’s cashmere and merino wool cardigans. Luxurious, timely and – crucially – nice and warm. Until 31 Jan, 12 Davies Street, W1K 3DP, tel: 0207 493 6421.
