GOING OUT

NEW Year’s Eve can often be a disappointment if you don’t get it right. Here is a list of the hottest parties in London, so you have no excuse.

Sanctum Hotel: This rock’n’roll boutique hotel is throwing the ultimate house party. Kick the evening off with a four-course dinner before taking to the roof Terrace (with Jacuzzi) for drinks and dancing. The private cinema will include Wii games and guitar hero. £80 for dinner or £40 for entry.

The Sanderson: NYE takes on a classic French cabaret twist at “Le Chat Noir”, an evening of live entertainment à la 19th century Paris. Can-can dancers, Burlesque performers and songstresses will perform on the spectacular courtyard stage, while the restaurant offers six courses and the chic Long Bar serves cocktails and champagne. £90 for access or £240 for dinner.

The Roof Gardens: The unique gardens offer the perfect way to welcome in 2011 with fireworks a plenty. £125 gets you entry and a champagne, cocktails and canapés reception, with live music in the Marquee, top DJs and breakfast nibbles.

Baglioni Hotel: Celebrate in five-star Italian style at the hotel’s “Casino de Baglioni” party which will have you seeing in the sunrise with its all-night schedule from 10pm-6am. Tickets £45 if you book now.

Boujis: It’s hard to beat this South Ken classic for a hedonistic club night and they are offering a remarkably reasonable all inclusive ticket at £125 for entertainment and complimentary bar all night… till very late. Score a table ticket for £180 and you get complimentary bottle service all night.
