FRY-UP FLAVOUR EASTER EGGS
The roars of delight that went up in the City PM offices on hearing of breakfast-themed Artisan du Chocolat easter eggs (see pic below) were probably heard across the City. Bacon, mushroom and tomato may not sound like the most enticing trio of chocolate flavours to normal people, but to us they certainly sound worth a try. English Breakfast Eggs (trio) £7.50. Exclusively at Selfridges London. Call 0800 123400.

WILLIAM CURLEY DOES EASTER, TOO
More chocolate news:if you’re looking for a good Easter gift to give a chocoholic, you can’t go wrong with chocolatier William Curley. Buy your sweetheart membership of the Curley Chocolate Club, a monthly subscription whereby members receive an exquisite selection of chocolates, biscuits and treats to their door each month. Alternatively, splurge on a Curley Easter Egg – flavours include cinder toffee, roast gianduja almonds, crystallized orange dipped in dark chocolate and caramelized Piedmont hazelnuts. Eggs start at £30. Chocolate Club is from from £65 for three months. www.williamcurley.co.uk

MALBEC MADNESS
As Argentina seeks to promote its excellent array of Malbec wines, this darkest and juiciest of grapes is being celebrated around town this week, following World Malbec Day on Sunday. Restaurants including Gaucho and Black and Blue will offer masterclasses and tastings this week. For other events and tastings in London and abroad, see www.malbecworldday.com
