EXPERT VIEW | AREA INSIGHT

Lucian Cook, director of Savills research says, “St John’s Wood has been more of a slow burner than prime central London. Over the past six years values have risen by around 70 per cent compared to 87 per cent as an average across prime central London and 117 per cent for top performing Mayfair. This in part reflects the greater mix of properties within St John’s Wood but suggests greater potential for growth.”
