BNP Paribas

BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has appointed Arnaud Schwebel as global head of its new retirement solutions department. Arnaud will assume responsibility for the department, as well as for the operational supervision of BNP’s French savings and retirement channel. Arnaud was previously head of strategy, corporate
development and public affairs at BNPP AM, and is a member of the wider executive committee. He is
also a director of Gambit, a leading European provider of investment advisory digital solutions.

Rentify

Rentify, the tech enabled lettings and management platform which provides a fixed return for landlords, has announced the appointment of Lucy Jones as director of agency. Lucy joins the management team which comprises Rentify’s founder, George Spencer and chief technology officer, Edwin Wills. Lucy is a property industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in the residential market. Prior to joining Rentify, she spent six years at Knight Frank where she set up and managed the investment lettings and management team before being promoted to equity partner and then head of lettings. Prior to her role at Knight Frank, Lucy spent 16 years at LSL Group which she joined as a lettings admin and rose through the ranks to operations director. George Spencer, founder at Rentify, commented: “Lucy brings incredible calibre and professionalism to the team as well as top level industry insight and expertise. Rentify’s ambition is to be the world’s biggest landlord without owning any real estate. Our growth plans for the years ahead are big and we knew as soon as we met her that Lucy is the right person to lead the agency team to achieve our goals.”

Civitas

Civitas Property Group yesterday announced the appointment of Andreas Hart as its chief executive officer. As part of his new role, Andreas will also become a member of the board of Civitas Property Group. Andreas is an established real estate investment and asset management professional with over 20 years of hands-on knowledge of property markets. Prior to this, Andreas was head of Germany, responsible for developing Blackstone’s office portfolio covering a number of landmark buildings.
