ARSENAL boss Arsene Wenger admits it would be “interesting” to work with Floretino Perez should the former Real Madrid president return to the Bernabeu – but insists he will see out his Gunners contract.

Perez is expected to win the presidential elections this summer and has made no secret of his admiration for the Frenchman after trying to lure him from north London during his first spell in charge back in 2003.

And Wenger, who has long been linked with a move to the Spanish giants after almost 13 years at Arsenal, admits he would be tempted by any future approach.

“With Perez the project will be strongly interesting for every coach,” he said. Asked whether he had already spoken to Perez, Wenger added: “Allow me to remain discreet on that matter.”

At the same time, however, the Gunners boss insisted he will at least see out his Arsenal contract, which runs out in 2011. “In general I always go right to the end of my contract,” he commented.
