Waterloo & City line Tube delays: Normal service resumes on the line

The Waterloo and City line has resumed service after commuters faced travel misery on their way from the office when a signal failure cause a suspension.

Following the incident, which occurred at Bank just after 5.30pm, Transport for London is urging travellers to use the Northern, Bakerloo or Jubilee lines instead:
