It tells the story of six-year-old Jake, who writes to ask Father Christmas' wife, Mrs Claus, to ask for some shoes for his sister, Anna, to replace a pair ruined by his dog, Tiger.

Using first a snow jet ski and then a helicopter, Mrs Claus, played by Janet McTeer, travels to London to deliver a pair of sparkly red shoes.

The film was created by RKCR/ Y&R and directed by Oscar-winning Tom Hooper, with the music composed by Rachel Portman.
