Meanwhile, there are delays on the Circle Line due to an "absence of staff", according to Transport for London.

Elsewhere, the Piccadilly Line is still experiencing severe delays – which are likely to continue until next month, TfL admitted today.
The line has been running a disrupted service for over a week now, with half its fleet of trains out for repairs.
