Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino set to sign new contract keeping him at club until 2021
Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed he has made a verbal agreement with the club that he will stay for a further two years beyond his existing contract to 2021.
The Argentine boss has impressed in his first two years at Spurs and looks set to guide them to their best Premier League finish this season.
Pochettino triggered speculation that he could replace Laurent Blanc at Paris-Saint Germain this summer after describing it as a "dream" to manage the French champions earlier this week.

"I’ve always said that I would be pleased to join a great club like PSG,” Pochettino, who played for the Parisian club between 2001 and 2003, told a French radio station earlier this week.
“Come to Paris? I hope so. It is true that it would please me. It’s part of my dreams. I try to watch all their matches, especially in the Champions League."
But Spurs' fans fears have been put to rest after he told a press conference that he plans to stay for a further five years, describing it as "an easy decision".
"When you are happy and when you feel the love of the people and the potential of the club is massive. Why change?" said the 44-year-old.
“We create a good atmosphere on the training ground and I think we can achieve big things in the future. I believe in this project and this club. I want to stay here.”
