August 2015 TfL Tube strike travel advice and updates: These are the Twitter accounts with the latest news on buses, DLR, London Overground, Trams and roads in London

The Tube strike is expected to cause rush hour misery as millions of Londoners attempt to make their way around the city using alternative routes on Wednesday and Thursday, while others are likely planning to avoid the capital altogether.

All Tube lines will be suspended, while other public transport and roads will be more congested, and the huge queues just to get to platforms on the London Overground during the previous strike likely to be repeated.

Transport for London has added a further 250 buses to its fleet (50 more than last time), but snaking queues at bus stops across the capital are still likely.
