Synthomer CEO will stand down

Synthomer, the FTSE 250 listed chemical company, announced yesterday that group chief executive Adrian Whitfield will step down in June 2015 after eight years with the company.

Chairman Neil Johnson said that Whitfield had overseen Synthomer’s transformation into a leading producer of aqueous polymers, with revenues having doubled to over £1bn during his tenure.
