Wolves face Giants again
RUGBY LEAGUE: Holders Warrington will take on Huddersfield in a fifth round re-run of last year’s Challenge Cup final.
The Wolves overcame first division Featherstone 48-24, while the Giants claimed an impressive 40-12 victory over fellow Super League side Hull KR.

Hendry survives a scare
SNOOKER: Seven-time champion Stephen Hendry survived a huge first-round scare to edge past Chinese qualifier Zhang Anda 10-9 last night in the World Championships at the Crucible.
Mark Selby, the 2007 runner-up, brushed aside 1997 champion Ken Doherty 10-4 to cruise into the second round.
Yang holds off Welsh pair
GOLF: US PGA champion YE Yang broke the hearts of Welsh duo Rhys Davies and Stephen Dodd to claim a two-shot victory at the Volvo China Open.
The Korean needed just two birdies in a solid final round 71 to top the leaderboard at 15-under. Challenge Tour graduate Davies and 2004 champion Dodd trailed after final rounds of 67 and 69.
A third Welshman, Jamie Donaldson, finished in a share for fourth, a further shot behind.
Rangers on the cusp
FOOTBALL: Rangers moved to within one point of clinching the Scottish Premier League title with a 2-0 victory over Hearts to restore their 11-point lead at the top, thanks to goals from Kyle Lafferty and Kenny Miller.
In the English Championship, Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United drew 1-1 in the Steel city derby.
IPL move semis after explosions in Bangalore
CRICKET: THE Indian Premier League have moved this week’s semi-finals from Bangalore to Mumbai amid security fears.
Two devices exploded inside Bangalore’s Chinnaswamy Stadium before Saturday’s game between Bangalore Royal Challengers and Mumbai Indians, injuring 15 people.
A third was then found and defused yesterday, prompting local police to force the hand of IPL bosses.
“The environment in Bangalore stops us from continuing with our original plans,” said the IPL’s Lalit Modi.
