HIDEAWAYS CLUB CITY FUND
l Up to £1.8m invested in each apartment

l Properties will have a minimum of two double bedrooms and bathrooms, king-sized beds with Egyptian cotton sheets, the latest high tech and audio visual equipment, a DVD and book library, wireless internet, flat screen televisions and fully equipped kitchens

l Half share (Associate Membership) is £65,000 and gives you 12 nights a year; whole share (Premium Membership) is £120,000 and offers 23 nights. Service charge is £5,300.

l Fund will close at 120 properties and 1,200 members.

lFull units from €115,000; half units from €57,500.

lFlats in Paris, Cannes, London, Barcelona, Marbella, Venice, Florence, Rome, Prague and Vienna.

lLife of the fund is ten years

lFull unit investors get 14 nights a year. Service charge: €2,100 per year.
