PARIS
Paris is the single most popular place in France for Britons. Official French data reveals that 20,500 of the 135,000 Britons living in France live in or close to the capital. Paris’ connections with the rest of Europe and its status as a business centre have proved attractive.

CURTAIN TWITCHING
Londoners are more interested in the value of their neighbours’ properties than people from any other region, according to research from property website Zoopla.co.uk. Liverpudlians are the least interested. Within London, the nosiest residents are to be found in Richmond-upon-Thames.
