Prime Minister Theresa May is viewed more favourably than any other senior UK politician, according to polling figures.
May, who took office only last month, is the only UK politician to achieve a positive score in the rankings, published earlier today with PoliticalBetting.
48 per cent of the UK public told YouGov they have a positive view of May, compared to 36 per cent who view her unfavourable, working out as a net favourability rating of 12 per cent.
The only other figures to record more supporters than detractors are Barack Obama – 46 per cent – and Hillary Clinton – four per cent.

By contrast, both former Prime Minister David Cameron and Jeremy Corbyn notched negative scores, while George Osborne appears to be the focus of the most disapproval, with more than five times as many people disapproving of the former chancellor than backing him.
When comparing the ratings of May and Corbyn, two groups showed greater support for the Labour leader than the Prime Minister.
Among Scots, Corbyn is rated marginally more favourably, but the Labour leader also benefits from dramatically more young supporters.
A greater proportion of 18-24 year olds rated the Labour leader favourably than any other group, while this category represented May's weakest performance, handing Corbyn an estimated lead of 17 per cent among the young.
