Pompey owner arrest warrant
FOOTBALL: A Europe-wide warrant for the arrest of Portsmouth joint owner Vladimir Antonov has been issued in Lithuania. Antonov, the main shareholder in Snoras Bank, is accused of stealing property and forging documents.
