GO FACE TO FACE WITH THE SURREY LIONS
The Surrey Lions will be set loose in London as they launch their campaign for the 2010 Friends Provident Twenty20 Championship at Potters Field near Tower Bridge tomorrow. Meet the stars of the team and the Lions cheerleaders, and compare your bowling pace against the likes of Andre Nel and Chris Jordan in the specially designed “cages”. A speed gun will test your pace and there will also be the chance to win two economy flights with Virgin, not to mention plenty of opportunity to meet the stars of Surrey CCC team. Winners will also be given a pair of tickets to attend one of this season’s Friends Provident Twenty20 Championship at the Brit Oval. City PM has secured five spots from 14.30 to go face-to-face with the Lions at the one-off event. Look out for the promotion in City PM Sport (page 31) today to stake your claim for a guaranteed slot. Event tomorrow. For more info, go to www.surreycricket.com. Free Entry 11.30am-6:30pm
