New homes on sale in Stanton William’s Riverwalk, the curviest towers on the River Thames

A scheme at Millbank on the north bank of the Thames is throwing open its doors this weekend to prospective buyers. Over 75 per cent of the homes have been sold off-plan at the Ronson Capital Partners development, which has 119 one to four bedroom apartments spread across two buildings. The curved six and 17 storey towers were designed by RIBA Stirling Prize winning architects Stanton Williams and the first residents moved in this week.

Hoxton Nine, Hackney

The second phase of homes at Kilburn Quarter have gone on sale in north London. Witihin walking distance to Kilburn Park and Maida Vale tube as well as Kilburn High Road Overground, this scheme by Network Homes is part of a wider masterplan to regenerate the South Kilburn area. There are 126 one to four bedroom flats and duplexes on sale around a courtyard with a children’s play area. Three show homes are available to view, all designed with differently aged buyers in mind by ID Interiors.

These new homes are in a historic building that used to be a post office in the St John’s Conservation Area. It comprises 19 flats and three duplex penthouses in total, although only two flats and two penthouses remain on sale. There are two show apartments to view, including a penthouse designed by British firm Alexander James, which was showcased at an event yesterday. Harrods will also be responsible for concierge services and it’s within walking distance of Westminster, St James’ Park and Victoria tube stations.

Go green when you buy an apartment at this Linden Homes development, where homes come with a £500 contribution towards a bike, a three-year Oyster travelcard and a two-year Zipcar membership. A two bedroom show home opens up tomorrow to showcase one and two bedroom flats with balconies on the site of the historic Grange Tannery in SE1. Some of the homes are also available to buy using the government’s Help to Buy Equity loan for first time buyers.
