New homes: Our pick of the new builds going on sale in London this weekend

Incentives are being dangled for buyers who reserve a home at this new canalside development in west London tomorrow. The Gallery, Camberwell

Another set of new homes are on sale in this Zone 2 location in south London. A marketing suite showing art and photography from local artists Jenny Leonard and Tom Leighton has opened up to persuade buyers to invest in the area, which has seen a £13m revamp recently. One, two and three bedroom apartments are on sale as well as four bedroom family houses from £787,500. Buyers can use the government’s Help to Buy equity loan scheme to purchase properties under £600,000 using a 5 per cent deposit.
