New homes: Our pick of the new builds going on sale in London this weekend

New developments on the market this week

Acton Gardens, Acton

Get on the Crossrail network with these new homes next to Acton High Street. Residents will have four train stations to choose from, including one linked to the high-speed rail network that is due to be running by the end of the year. The latest collection, Boreal, includes one, two and three bedroom flats with a balcony, patio or roof terrace for each one. A third of them qualify for Help to Buy and three bedroom townhouses are also available from £820,000.

West Grove, Elephant & Castle

Live next to a new park in Zone 1at this huge new development in south east London. Over 3,000 new homes will be built across the 28 acre site, including the two acre Elephant Park, which will see 1,200 new trees planted. A new high street with 50 retail and food and beverage outlets is also coming to the area. More Help to Buy new builds are on sale from tomorrow, this time in north west London. The Welsh Harp – also known as the Brent Reservoir – and Brent Cross Shopping Centre are a short drive away, and King’s Cross St Pancras is 20 minutes away on the train from Hendon station.
