South Quay Plaza, Isle of Dogs

Five skyscraping apartments go on sale today at a landmark tower close to South Dock DLR station. The Midnight Collection comprises five new build apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms on the 64th floor, the highest residences before the penthouses. Designed by Foster & Partners architects, there are 888 homes in total on site, as well as a residents’ club lounge and terrace, a swimming pool, gym, and cinema.

Ridgeway Views, Mill Hill

New homes went on sale in the Green Belt suburb of Mill Hill this week. There are 448 one to three bedroom flats and 12 four and five bedroom houses being built on the site of the former National Institute for Medical Research. There will be 24 apartments in a ‘facsimile’ of the Cruciform building designed by Maxwell Ayrton, one of the architects behind Wembley Stadium. Each home will have at least one parking space. It’s a 15min walk from MIll Hill East station on the Thameslink network with first completions next June.

Beat NW10, Willesden Green

Forget you’re in a Zone 2 location with these family houses being built in north west London. These new builds go on sale tomorrow, only a 10min walk from the High Street and half a mile away from Dollis Hill Tube station on the Jubilee Line, with a journey to Canary Wharf taking 30mins or less. Bow Creek, Bow

Three Waters in east London is offering up waterside living in an up-and-coming part of east London. Going on sale from 22 October, there will be over 300 new homes, including 109 ‘affordable’ homes from Peabody housing association, close to Bromley-by-Bow Tube station, bordered by Bow Creek, the River Lea and the Limehouse Cut. A red brick building, in a nod to the area’s industrial warehouses, there will be a screening room for residents, too. Green space nearby includes the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Campsbourne Well, Hornsey

This is the last chance to be a part of one of the largest regeneration schemes in north London. These new homes at Campsbourne Well are the final phase of sales at Smithfield Square, an otherwise sold out development of one to three bedroom apartments..
