Help to Buy homes are going on sale next to Devons Road DLR. The first 10 homes launched last night with one and two bedroom apartments available to purchase through the government’s equity loan scheme. Overall, there will be 130 homes, including three beds, in a 20-storey building, with a seven minute journey for Canary Wharf commuters.

Gallions Point, Royal Docks

Live next door to the third financial hub in London in one of these new one, two and three bedroom apartments. The ABP, a Chinese project that’s part of a £314m regeneration that’s taking root over the next five years in the Royal Docks, is set to draw many new businesses and residents to the area. Over a hundred homes at Gallions Point, next door to Gallions Reach DLR station, went on sale this week, boasting underground parking and private outdoor space. First completions are expected in early 2020.

The Old Dairy, Bloomsbury

Rare new build homes are going on sale in the heart of historical literary London tomorrow. As the name suggests, this contemporary take on the traditional mews homes of west London sit on the former site of Express Dairies on Wakefield Street, overlooking St George’s Gardens. The 13 one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhouses – named Forster and Keynes – are also close to King’s Cross and Russell Square stations. First time buyers looking for affordable homes with capital growth potential might want to inquire into this period conversion in west London. The first release of homes go on sale tomorrrow in a town centre location in a locally listed building that used to be a Post Office.
