Murray nears the end of his search for new coach
BRITISH No1 Andy Murray hopes to have completed his search for a new coach by the time the Monte Carlo Masters begins a week on Monday.
Murray (right), who is considering a wild card offer into the Monaco-based tournament, is currently enduring the worst run of his career.
The Scot has suffered four consecutive defeats and is known to be on the lookout for an experienced coach, preferably one with grand slam winning experience, having parted company with part-time consultant Alex Corretja after three years earlier this week.
The 23-year-old has remained at his base in Miami, having taken time out to visit heavyweight boxing champion David Haye, following his defeat by Alex Bogomolov at the Sony Ericsson Open and has started his clay-court preparation by practising with hitting partner Dani Vallverdu.
