MORE DELAYS FOR HERITAGE

HERITAGE Oil’s planned merger with Turkey’s Genel Energy has been delayed again, as the Kurdistan Regional government – which will hold 20 per cent of the merged company – is taking longer than expected to elect a new cabinet to sign off on the deal. But the company said it still hopes to close the deal before the end of the year.
