Mapped: London property prices in your (very) local area

Ever wondered what property prices are doing in your neck of the woods?

Perhaps borough by borough? What about street by street?

A new tool allows you to see the average property price of homes sold in 2020 in your (very) local area.

Most areas are divided up into just a few streets – the Government’s so-called Lower-layer Super Output Areas (LSOAs).

Some 333 of the 420 LSOAs that saw average property prices of more than £1m were in London – making up a shocking 6.9 per cent of the entire capital.
