BA

British Airways' sale is already underway so go, go, go. It started at 8am today, but fear not, offers will be available all weekend until midnight on 28 November or Cyber Monday.

European city breaks to Barcelona, Venice, Alicante, Malaga, Naples and Turin are on sale at £99 for flights and two nights' accommodation, based on two people sharing.

Savings of up to 49 per cent off the normal marketed price are available on flights to North American destinations (New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Baltimore and Toronto), as well as Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Muscat in the Middle East. The airline's offering two return Club World tickets for £2,016.

Bear in mind you'll need to select two people travelling together on a return journey for that. Single return fares are actually up £200 to £1,208.

You can also save up to £500 per person BA Holidays to the US and Canada.

If you're an executive club member you can also get an extra 20 per cent off on usual savings when part paying with Avios during the period.

Ryanair

Forget the 12 days of Christmas, Ryanair has launched eight days of cyber sales. It's offering 15 per cent off travel in December.

On Monday the sale kicked off by putting 250,000 seats on sale for £9.99 on over 400 routes, and there'll be different deals across the period.

Currently, 100,000 seats are available from £9.99 for anyone travelling in March 2017.
