Property finance asset manager LendInvest will float on the AIM index on Wednesday, with shares priced at 186p as the company looks to confirm a valuation of £255m.

The fundraising is set to secure LendInvest around £40m, whihc it says it will invest in tech and expanding into new asset areas.

Ahead of its IPO on AIM, the company told potential investors it was “uniquely placed to lead the digital disruption of the property finance sector”.

Its founder and executive chair Christian Faes said: “It’s been an exciting journey building LendInvest over the course of the last 13 years, but there’s a real sense amongst the team that we’re just getting started. Property finance is one of the biggest markets in financial services, and yet still offers amongst the worst customer experience with offline, archaic processes. LendInvest is changing this.

“From a standing start we now have £2.8bn funds under management, and count some of the world’s largest financial institutions as investors”.

Berenberg is acting as LendInvest’s nominated adviser, bookrunner and broker in relation to the placing and admission to Aim next week.
