Land Secs revives development

Britain’s biggest property developer Land Securities yesterday said it has earmarked £200m for two big developments in London next year – the biggest commitment to off-plan projects since the start of the downturn. It will begin work on an Oxford Street site and 1960s tower block Selborne House.
