Indicium AI has announced the appointment of Jacob Parsons as Global Chief Executive Officer. Jacob will lead delivery of the company’s global strategy, with a particular focus on building the business in the United States, the single biggest growth opportunity for the company as enterprises across every industry race to put frontier AI into production.

Jacob Parsons, Global CEO, Indicium AI

Jacob is not new to Indicium AI’s story. He joined Mesh-AI as Chief Revenue Officer in April 2024, drove a period of strong growth, and became CEO later that year. When Mesh-AI and Indicium came together in January 2026 to form Indicium AI, Jacob continued to lead the European team. He now takes over the full organization, following a run of significant enterprise wins and a rapidly expanding global team.

30 years in enterprise technology leadership

Jacob brings 30 years of experience in senior technology leadership, spanning management consulting, global systems integration, and hyperscale cloud. He began his career helping organizations navigate major technology change, then built and led sales teams across Financial Services & Insurance, Energy, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods at Avanade and Accenture. At AWS, he joined during the early growth of cloud computing and went on to lead a multi-billion-dollar enterprise business across finance, media, retail, and energy.

Jacob has seen a transformational technology wave up close before, and knows what it takes for large organizations to move from ambition to adoption. It’s a perspective that maps directly onto Indicium AI’s mission of unlocking value from data and AI for enterprises with clarity, speed, and capability.

Delivering the global strategy – starting with the USA

As CEO, Jacob’s immediate priority is accelerating Indicium AI’s growth in the United States. With a strengthened US leadership team in place and a proven go-to-market strategy, the business is positioned to bring its enterprise delivery model to the world’s largest AI market.

At the heart of that model are our people. Indicium AI’s engineers work embedded with customers, deploying real systems into production and delivering measurable outcomes. We build on top of two of the most important platforms in enterprise AI: Databricks and Anthropic, whose data and AI capabilities we combine with our own delivery expertise to take clients from raw data to production AI applications. As an Anthropic Preferred Partner and Databricks LATAM Partner of the Year, we help enterprises including London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and EDF Energy deploy frontier AI into production at scale.

On his appointment, Jacob said: “Enterprise AI is transforming every industry. Organizations everywhere are asking how they can turn AI into real business value, and I believe very few companies are better positioned to lead this moment than Indicium AI. We have strong partners in Anthropic and Databricks to do it with, along with 600 AI experts who make up the best team I’ve ever worked with.”

Investor Perspective

Jason Booma, Partner at Columbia Capital, which backs Indicium AI, commented: “Since leading the European business through last year’s merger, Jacob has shown he can spot where the market is heading and build the team to get there first. The landmark enterprise wins and rapid growth we’ve seen speak for themselves. That combination of foresight and execution is exactly what this next chapter demands, as we push into the US and the next stage of our global growth. I’m confident he’s the right leader to take Indicium AI through it.”
