IGI Announces That It Has Filed Its Full Year 2025 Annual Report on Form 20-F, Including Audited Financial Statements, With the SEC

International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. (“IGI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: IGIC) today announced that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F, which includes the Company’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
