HOW TO LOOK HIP IN MATERNITY WEAR

APREGNANT belly can be the sexiest thing on earth. But figuring out how to clothe yourself when your body is changing rapidly, expanding in unexpected places and presenting you with a big growing bump, can be a source of panic. But with great maternity wear across the high street and and at boutiques and top fashion sites, the choice is endless. It’s only a matter of finding what works for you, without breaking the budget.

Vicky Phillips, senior maternity buyer at Mothercare, says that for workwear, no expectant woman should be without a good few wrap dresses as they can be easily dressed up and down – leggings, boots and elegant tops are also an easy, stylish approach, and there are so many dresses of all types to chose from. “Don’t wear things that are over-fussy and complicated,” she says. “Have confidence in your new shape, show off your best assets and don’t hide in clothes that don’t fit.”
