HOUSE PRICES SOAR ACROSS LONDON

LONDON’S house prices rose 6.4 per cent in the last 12 months – an average of £500 a week – and have further to rise next year, according to Rightmove. Nationally, prices rose 1.5 per cent, and are expected to go up by two per cent in 2012.
