From the best grilled cheese sandwiches in London to the World Food Market in Devonshire Square, there are plenty of great culinary events taking place this month

CINNAMON KITCHEN:
Brighten up your winter by throwing paint at your colleagues or friends at Devonshire Square’s Cinnamon Kitchen, which will have a dedicated “party pod” to get messy in the name of Holi, the Indian festival of colour. It will also offer a five-course celebratory feast for £45 a head and a series of vibrant Holi cocktails. Tickets from £8 for a half hour Holi session, tomorrow until 14 March

WORLD FOOD MARKET
The World Food Market returns to Devonshire Square this week with 20 street food vendors serving an eclectic mix of fine international cuisine, from comfort food like Cheeky Burger and the Mac Factory to exotic flavours from Spain and India. Finishes 6 March, visit devonshiresq.co.uk

MORTY AND BOB’S
Morty and Bob’s grilled cheese sandwiches elevate a comfort food classic into something transcendent. From Wednesday 18 March, the masters of meltiness are bringing their artisan sourdough bread and tangy blend of fine British cheeses to The Hat and Tun in Farringdon for two weeks. 18-27 March, mortyandbobs.com

CERU:
Explore the vibrant flavours of the Levant at Ceru, a pop-up restaurant making Fitzrovia its home for three months, serving up za’atar breakfasts, build-your-own flatbreads, southern Turkish sharing dishes and Lebanese wines. Open until 30 April, visit cerurestauarants.com

CANTINA DEL PONTE:
Love your carbs, but can’t stomach the gluten? These will show you how to make tasty gluten-free dishes, like almond mille-feuille and homemade pasta. Sessions on 14 March and 18 April, £40, visit cantinadelponte.co.uk

MILK TEA BREAD
How much do we really know about the holy trinity of groceries? Over the next couple of weeks, foodie events company Toast is hosting a programme of talks, discussion groups and lectures on the ultimate kitchen staples. 11, 18 & 25 March, eatdrinktoast.com, £15
