Gary Gensler’s ongoing dogfight with crypto rattles digital asset markets
Bitcoin is down more than 4% this morning, while Ether is in the red by around 3%.
Third-generation cryptos have taken the brunt of yesterday’s sell-off, some coins recording losses of 7% or more.
The latest volatility comes as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has filed a fresh slew of lawsuits against an exchange operating in the US.

The daily RSI is currently 37.03. Values of 70 or above indicate that an asset is becoming overbought and may be primed for a trend reversal or experience a correction in price – an RSI reading of 30 or below indicates an oversold or undervalued condition.
