Blues pair see bans reduced
CHELSEA duo Didier Drogba and Jose Bosingwa have both had their European bans reduced by one game after appealing against charges of improper conduct from the Champions League semi-final against Barcelona in April.

Drogba will now serve a three-game suspension and Bosingwa two.

Black Cats chasing Crouch
SUNDERLAND boss Steve Bruce has confirmed the club are in talks with Portsmouth over a move for England striker Peter Crouch, who is likely to cost around £12m.

Fulham are also said to be interested.
