GOT A ‘TACHE? GET A FREE BURGER
London’s favourite burger restaurant Byron – the newest branch just opened at One New Change by St Pauls – is getting firmly stuck into Movember, the men’s health drive. It’s offering a free burger to anyone who can show that their ‘tache is part of the campaign against prostate cancer. Facial hair or not, try the Mighty Mo, with beetroot, horseradish and spinach. For every one sold, 50p will be donated to the charity. www.byronhamburgers.com

COCOMAYA OPENS CHOCOLATE WONDERLAND
Indulge in some festive nibbling in Liberty’s Carnaby Room, where Cocomaya, the super-glamorous and divinely delicious Mayfair chocolatier, has opened a chocolate wonderland in conjunction with Agent Provocatueur founder Serena Rees and accessories designer walid Al Damirji. Expect jars full retro sweets, toby jugs and teapots filled with little truffles and gingerbread houses stuffed with chocolate butterfly lollipops. Chocolate flavours include gin and tonic, cardamom and sour cherry. www.liberty.co.uk

CLAPHAM’S LUXE NEW LOCAL
The Bobbin is worth trekking to Clapham for if you don’t live there already. It’s an exceptionally cosy pub, with dark blue paintwork on the outside and a homely feeling inside, complete with shelves full of games and cookbooks, colanders loaded with
veggies and comfy bits of reclaimed furniture. Great ales, two roaring fires and seasonal British food make it an absolute winner. 1-3 Lillieshall Road, SW4 OLN, thebobbinclapham.com.
