IN CONVERSATION WITH FERRAN ADRIA
If you’re one of the many foodies that is fascinated by El Bulli chef Ferran Adria, then don’t miss this chance to hear him in conversation with acclaimed food author Colman Andrews at the Royal Geographical Society. VENETIAN FEAST AT PORTRAIT GALLERY
To coincide with the much-hyped Canaletto show, the National Gallery has brought in Venetian chef Riccardo de Pra to create a menu for gallery guests. The two-course dinner will cost £28 and include the likes of Venetian-style sardines, veal liver and onions with polenta, and tiramisu. Great Venetian wines from the Masi vineyards will also be provided to wash it all down. Is this the future of art appreciation in London??Hope so.
