A BRITISH nurse being treated for Ebola at London’s Royal Free Hospital has stabilised, health secretary Jeremy Hunt said yesterday.

However, he said Pauline Cafferkey was still in a critical condition. Cafferkey was diagnosed in December after volunteering in Sierra Leone. Hunt confirmed she was being treated with experimental drugs and had received a blood plasma from another British nurse, William Pooley, who recovered from an Ebola infection.
