The DLR has been suspended following a signalling failure this morning.

The line was running with severe delays this morning following the failure, with no service from Tower Gateway to Shadwell, and between Westferry/ Poplar and Canary Wharf.

However, the entire line has since been suspended.

Transport for London (TfL) said engineers were on site to fix the signal failure as quickly as possible.

DLR said tickets would be accepted on the Underground via reasonable routes and also on buses and Southeastern services.

Absolute madness as @LondonDLR experiences SEVERE delays. If you usually get the #DLR …don’t do it today. pic.twitter.com/Ck1rTPkYmC
