Deng stars in maiden British win

Chicago Bulls star Luol Deng plundered 31 points as Great Britain claimed their first ever EuroBasket finals win, beating Portugal 85-73. Earlier defeats to hosts Lithuania, Turkey and Spain had already condemned Britain to elimination at the group stage.
