Grosvenor Fund Management
The fund management firm has hired Dominic Field as director of business development, responsible for advising on and supporting new business initiatives and investor relations.

Field was previously director of the real estate private fund group at Credit Suisse, where he worked on over 30 fund raisings across Europe, the US and Asia. Prior to that, he was national director of European client services at LaSalle Investment Management.

Exotix
The investment banking boutique, in which Michael Spencer’s IPGL vehicle holds a stake, has appointed Alexey Lytvynov and Toufic Yafaoui to its fixed income team to cover Russia and CIS, and Turkey, North Africa and the Middle East respectively.

Lytvynov joins from Commerzbank and also previously held the position of fixed income risk manager for Russia and CIS at Citigroup. Yafaoui formerly worked at Commerzbank and Westdeutsche Landesbank.

MetLife Europe
The savings firm has promoted Adam Dooley to UK sales director, having joined MetLife last year as director of distribution for continental Europe.

Dooley started his career as a stockbroker with Salomon Smith Barney in the US, and also worked for Washington Mutual and Hartford Life.

SEI
The asset management and investment services provider has appointed Mark Rockliffe and Jim Clay to its UK global wealth services team.

Rockliffe becomes director of sales for wealth management, having previously been at Octopus Investments.

Clay joins as senior business development director for wealth processing from the Lifestyle Services Group.
