Today's City Moves covers risk modelling, private equity and legal eagles. Take a look at these movers and shakers:

Dynamic Planner

Dynamic Planner has appointed Abhimanyu Chatterjee as its new head of asset and risk modelling. Abhi will head up Dynamic Planner’s asset and risk modelling team reporting to new proposition director Chris Jones, who joined the business in July from Intrinsic. Abhi first joined Dynamic Planner in May 2016 as a Principle Investment Analyst. He previously headed up investment risk and qualitative research teams at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, Invesco Perpetual and the BT Pension Scheme. He has also managed money for hedge funds and has a PhD in quantitative finance from the University of Reading, where he retains close relationships.

Agilitas

Agilitas, the pan-European mid-market private equity firm, has made two senior appointments to its team. Anne-Claire de Pompignan has joined Agilitas as head of investor relations from Lyceum Capital where she focussed on investor relations and capital markets. Prior to that, Anne-Claire was an investment director at European Capital, investing private debt in pan-European mid-market buyouts and an analyst in the leveraged finance team of Lehman Brothers. Antoine Rouland has joined as an investment director from Ciclad, the French private equity fund where he has been an investment professional since 2011. Prior to that he was a project manager with Booz & Company, the global management consulting firm.

Fladgate

Fladgate has appointed corporate partner Sandra Bates from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and real estate partner Helen Curtis-Goulding from Mishcon de Reya. Sandra joins from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and has significant experience across a broad corporate practice in the UK and internationally, in particular the US, Canada and Africa. Sandra is particularly well known for her work in the mining, oil and gas and technology sectors on cross border transactions. Sandra advises clients on corporate finance, joint ventures, securities transactions, and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate law. Helen joins from Mishcon de Reya to advise on high value and complex freehold and leasehold residential transactions to both domestic and international clients. Helen’s client base spans the full range of private individuals, from first time London investors to those with extensive residential portfolios and investment funds, as well as commercial clients including several significant offshore banks. Her experience and first-rate connections will further boost Fladgate’s profile in the residential real estate sector.
