Today's City Moves cover property, fixed income and due diligence. Take a look at these movers and shakers:

CBRE

The world’s leading real estate adviser, CBRE, has appointed Chiara Zuccon as a senior director to spearhead debt origination within its market leading development and residential investment team. Chiara is joining from the Royal Bank of Scotland where she was head of private rented sector and was responsible for the deployment of £1bn of senior lending across the UK. She brings with her a wealth of experience and market knowledge, having worked in the structured finance team before specialising in the build to rent sector. More recently she has led work around the student housing, co-living and retirement sectors. Earlier this year she was nominated by Brummel as one of its ‘30 Ones to Watch’, celebrating the performance and achievement of the City’s brightest young talent.

Invesco

Invesco has strengthened its London-based EMEA ETF portfolio management team with two fixed income hires. Wayne Parker and Deepak Bharti have been appointed to further build Invesco’s capabilities and help meet strong investor demand for fixed income ETFs. Both will report to Raphael Stern, head of ETF portfolio management EMEA, Invesco. Wayne has 15 years of investment management experience. Before joining Invesco, he worked at FinEx London as an ETF portfolio manager and trader; he has also worked at FourWinds Capital Management as a commodity portfolio manager and at Jefferies Bache as a commodity portfolio manager. At Invesco, he will manage the fixed income and multi-asset range of UCITS products. Deepak has over 10 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining Invesco, Deepak was a senior equity ETF portfolio manager at Deutsche Asset Management for four years where he helped build the DB x-trackers platform. Prior to Deutsche, he was a Portfolio Manager at Barclays for six years.

Redridge

Chicago-based Redridge Diligence Services has appointed Andrew Robbins as director as the company looks to grow its European footprint. Andrew has more than 20 years of asset-based lending (ABL) and insolvency experience, earned at KPMG, Barclays, and most recently RBS Group. He has also worked for independent and high street lenders in audit, relationship management and leadership roles. His experience spans a variety of sectors including retail, finance, manufacturing and distribution. Andrew’s new role will involve leveraging his connections and industry insights to develop Redridge’s diligence offerings as they expand outside of the US, with an initial focus on the UK and Western Europe.
