CITY NOBLE

The pensions and investment advisory firm has appointed Mike Webb as associate in its advisory business. He was previously head of distribution and marketing for the Axa corporate investment platform, and senior business development manager in Standard Life’s corporate pensions division.

CBRE

The commercial real estate services and investment firm has appointed Milan Momcilovic as head of hotels project management in its building consultancy project management team. He joins from MNS Portfolio Management, where he was a director. Momcilovic has more than 25 years’ experience in architecture.

RAYMOND JAMES

The financial services group has announced the appointment of Harry Breach as European aerospace and defence analyst within its capital markets team. He most recently worked in the capital goods, aerospace and defences sectors at Westhouse Securities, and has also held positions at JP Morgan, Barclays Capital, and Bank of America.

JP MORGAN ASSET MANAGEMENT

Sorca Kelly-Scholte has been appointed head of pension solutions and advisory for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at the asset management firm. She previously worked for Russell Investments for more than 14 years, where she was most recently managing director of client strategy and research for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Kelly-Scholte has also worked as a consultant at Towers Perrin.

DENTONS

The law firm has appointed Tracey Sheehan as a partner in its technology, media and telecoms team. She was previously head of telecommunications at Taylor Wessing. Sheehan has 20 years’ experience, particularly in the roll outs of mobile and fixed line networks, infrastructure sharing, spectrum allocation, and European telecommunications regulation.

CANOPIUS GROUP

The (re)insurer has appointed Scott Bailey as global head of accident and health. He joins from Zurich, where he was most recently global chief underwriting officer, accident and health, and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry. Bailey began his career American International Underwriters, and has also held roles at CIGNA, Independent Insurance Company, and Chubb Insurance.
