This brewer just launched a beer made from cloud water
An Edinburgh-based brewer has just launched its new beer – made using water harvested from clouds.
A team of four from Innis & Gunn flew an airbourne device over Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland to collect cloud water, which was used to make 500 pints of its new India pale ale.

Innis & Gunn CEO and master brewer, Dougal Sharp told NBC News, "It tasted like good, clean brewing water. We're very pleased with the [beer] flavour, we're very pleased with the way it turned out."
The company have also launched a crowd-funder to raise £1m in order to expand the business.

Innis & Gunn took over Inveralmond Brewery in April after raising £3.1m through a separate crowdfunding scheme.
